$5,000 Complete Care
​
The full Midwife fee is for approximately one year of midwife-led health care services. This fee includes all prenatal care visits, labor care, midwife birth care, birth assistant fees, immediate postpartum care, immediate newborn care, initial newborn assessment, a 24 and 48 hour in-home postpartum visit including newborn assessment, congenital cardiac heart defect screening, referral for newborn hearing screening and collection of newborn metabolic screening, a 1 week in-home postpartum visit, a 2 & 6 week postpartum visit at my office, postpartum depression screening, and contraception counseling. Part of the private duty midwifery experience is having 24/7 direct access to your birth team during your full-term window, not having to worry with answering services, and knowing that you are our only priority when your birth is imminent. I only take 2-3 clients due per month, so that I have time to focus on you.

$4,000 Planned Hospital Birth
​
Maybe you're not interested in having a home birth, but still want the personalized, client-centered care that I provide. This fee includes all prenatal care visits, birth plan review, midwife-doula support during labor, a 1 week in-home postpartum visit, a 2 & 6 week postpartum visit at my office, postpartum depression screening, and contraception counseling. All the benefits of having a personal, experienced midwife AND the option to birth at a hospital!!

Private insurance can be used for reimbursement only.
A gap in-network exception may be requested. Otherwise, out-of-network benefits are reimbursed to family via their insurance based on your plan’s out-of-network provider rates and applicable deductible/coinsurance.
Most insurance policies will reimburse a portion of care, based on network status and plan deductible, when the provider is a Certified Nurse-Midwife.
After your birth or your gynecological appointment I can give you all the billing paperwork needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes.
